Zhogol Ludmyla Evgenivna

Was born 23.05.1930 Kiev. Graduated from Lviv state institute of applied and decorative art (1954). Works in the field of decorative-applied arts (art textiles). Major works: tapestries - "Winter Kiev", "Kiev - 1500" (1982); "Shevchenkivska edge" (1988); "Flowers Ukraine" (1994); "Golden hills of Kiev" (2000); author of the execution of more than 200 tapestries for the interior, including the hotel "Kiev", city of Kyiv, embassy of Brazil, Greece, Austria; the Cabinet of Ministers. Member NUAU (1960). Candidate of art criticism (1965). People's artist of Ukraine (1994). Full member of the Ukrainian academy of architecture (2000). Awarded the order of Princess Olga (2000), Honorary diploma of the Presidium of the supreme soviet of UKRAINE (1980), the medal.
