In September-October this year Ukraine hosted the International Ukrainian-Georgian art project devoted to cultural exchange and creative cooperation between our countries. The organizers of the project are the Kiev organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine and the Foundation for the Promotion of Georgian Culture.
The main idea of the project is to bring together well-known Ukrainian and Georgian artists as the modern art of Ukraine and Georgia in order to travel together in different parts of Ukraine and create new cycles of paintings. Thus, the basis of the project were two scenic plein airs in Svalyava and Sedniv and, according to their results, three exhibitions in Svalyava, Sednev and Kiev.
