Immense love, joy and goodness

It was this mood that filled the exhibition of eleven artists who demonstrated their abilities at Christmas Opening Day. The Artists' Art Gallery, owned by the Kyiv Organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, hosted the artists. Despite the fact that amateur artists presented their works to the professionals, the artistic aura filled the room with high festive energy. “The exhibition showed that when a person has a talent and a keen desire to draw, all that is needed is to make an effort. As diplomats, financiers, lawyers, computer graphics masters, icon painters, designers, architects, programmers who participated in the opening day, have shown to artists of different professions. Despite the polar works and the multifaceted level of professionalism of the artists, the exhibition demonstrates the inexhaustible beauty of the surrounding world, openness, harmony of feelings. The authors, through their works, give us answers and explanations for different situations in life, ”said the gallery's deputy director Svetlana Shulga.

The Kiev organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine announces with deep sadness that after a serious illness at the age of 71, a good friend of our talented artist Honored Artist of Ukraine Evgeny Karpov left us. We express our sincere condolences to the family, friends and colleagues. Farewell will be held on Thursday, November 28 at the Baykovo Cemetery in the chapel near the crematorium at 11.00

Anniversary in half a century!

A landmark event has recently taken place - the presentation of an album dedicated to the fiftieth anniversary of the Kiev Organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. And it all began in the distant years when the Ukrainian state was actively formed in all multifaceted spheres of its development. CONSHU has officially declared its activity since 1969, when a small circle of enthusiasts laid the groundwork for its development. Today, it is a powerful creative team that united 1412 artists who worthily represent Ukrainian art in various forms of fine arts through exhibition, museum, gallery and publishing activities. The capital of Ukraine received monuments that were included in the treasury of national culture. Thematic creative events filled the metropolitan art space with a special spirit of aesthetic coloring, when through artistic images not only the creative potential of the artists was revealed, but also the humane values that enriched the national face of the Ukrainian people were brought to life.

The exhibition features works by Kateryna Buryak, Marianna Maslova, Diana Kushnarenko, Tatiana Melnychuk, Maryna Stogniyeva, Olga Shelest, Tatiana Gulevets, Olga Labunskaya, Larisa Kukareka and Tatiana Samoilovich.
